                  Corning’s Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is aimed at cultivating Corning’s next generation of business leaders. This is not a typical rotational program; it is a program designed to build you into a future leader. The program is designed to give you broad exposure to Corning’s global business segments through a series of competency-building roles and work assignments.

                  There is no prearranged sequence — the path you follow will blend your career interests with Corning’s business needs. You will have the opportunity to work within different functions, early in your career with Corning, so you can build a network and broad organizational knowledge. The program offers rich development experiences, including onboarding workshops, mentoring and coaching sessions, leadership and functional training, and opportunities to engage with business leaders across the company.

                  Develop strengths that enhance your progress

                  As a participant in the HRLDP, you will have the opportunity to use strong analytical skills, combined with judgment and leadership, while working with and learning from your peers and company leaders around the world.
